We offer complimentary shipping on all eligible orders within Malaysia and to Singapore.

Within Malaysia

• RM8 flat rate for orders below RM250

• Complimentary shipping for orders RM250 and above

 

To Singapore

• RM23 flat rate for orders below RM500

• Complimentary shipping for orders RM500 and above

 

International Orders

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Pisces and Places pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

 

Return Time Frame

• Malaysia: Request within 7 days from purchase date

• International: Request within 14 days from purchase date

All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

 

What Happens Next

1. Exchange for Another Item

• Exchange for a piece of equal or higher value (top-up required if higher).

• If the new item is lower in value, the difference will not be refunded.

• Subject to availability.

2. Refund in Store Credit

• Alternatively, we can issue store credit valid for 3 months.

• Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.

 

How to Start a Return

1. Arrange your courier and return the item(s) to us.

2. Email us at piscesandplaces@gmail.com  within the stated time frame with:

• Order number

• Return tracking number (if available)

• Preferred method of return

• Reason for return

3. Once we’ve received and inspected the item(s), we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 7–10 business days.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In the rare case your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email clear photos of the issue along with your order number to piscesandplaces@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).

Kindly Note

• Return shipping costs and any associated taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable courier service, as lost parcels during transit are not our responsibility.

• For international returns, please allow extra time for shipping.

• Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Pisces and Places reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.
